Fezokuhle is the Health Policy and Systems Research Coordinator at Georgetown University’s Center for Global Health Practice and Impact in Eswatini. She leads projects linking research to health systems action, including establishing the Mafutseni Primary Healthcare Center of Excellence and co-designing NotSa, a digital chronic care platform. She co-organized a 48-hour health hackathon producing pilot-ready solutions, and is Principal Investigator for a grant on male retention in advanced HIV care. Her work spans health systems strengthening, digital innovation, and implementation science.
